Competitive Compensation Health Benefits Generous PTO Great Growth Potential Friendly Company Culture Work/Life Balance Job Details Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage EHS programs in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. Lead incident investigations to identify root causes of accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Conduct risk assessments to evaluate potential hazards and implement appropriate safety measures. Develop and deliver safety training programs to educate employees about safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Monitor and report on EHS performance, including incidents, injuries, and compliance issues. Work closely with manufacturing teams to integrate safety standards into production processes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, developments, and changes in regulations. Collaborate with management to develop strategic plans for continuous improvement in EHS performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management within the manufacturing industry.
