Job Description Job Description About the Opportunity: Step into
a pivotal role as a Managing Lead Mechanic with our client, a

Responsibilities: Evaluate and execute daily maintenance and
inspection tasks to ensure aircraft airworthiness. Communicate
effectively with the Lead Mechanic regarding any unusual
circumstances that may require schedule adjustments or additional
resources. Oversee maintenance of assigned aircraft at field bases,
managing stock levels and ordering necessary parts. Certify all
maintenance activities comply with FAA, manufacturer, and company
standards through accurate reports and records. Ensure accurate
entries in RAMCO, including work packages and aircraft statuses.
Maintain close collaboration with the Lead Mechanic and AMBS for
timely task completion. Manage parts inventory and recommend stock
adjustments as needed. Safeguard company tools and ensure timely
calibration. Undertake miscellaneous related duties as assigned.
Requirements: High School diploma. FAA Mechanic Certificate with
Airframe and Powerplant ratings. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as
a Certified Mechanic. Proficient communication skills. Basic
computer skills. Ability to pass a pre-placement physical exam,
including a functional capacity test (ability to lift up to 100
pounds), drug screening, and background check. For Roving
Maintenance Team Mechanics: skills in sheet metal repair and/or
avionics troubleshooting/repair. Based in Mississippi, with the
ability and willingness to travel to multiple maintenance sites
throughout the state. Willingness to travel frequently,
occasionally on short notice, and work night shifts as required.
