Set and monitor ambitious goals for performance and growth. Foster a strong, positive organizational culture and uphold our vision. Oversee multiple departments including IT, Marketing, Sales, and Finance. Lead, inspire, and motivate employees to achieve their highest potential. Analyze and interpret data to measure operational success. Provide key insights and reports to the CEO on operational performance. Support corporate expansion through investments, acquisitions, and alliances. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and customers. Ensure compliance with national and local regulations. What You Bring to the Table: Proven leadership experience in business operations, strategic planning, and growth initiatives. In-depth knowledge of business functions including HR, Finance, and Marketing. International business experience with Aerospace or DOD is a plus! Strong analytical skills and proficiency in IT/Business infrastructure. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to make critical decisions and solve complex problems effectively. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field required; Master's degree, MBA, or JD preferred.
