Coverage: Physicians benefit from 24-hour physician coverage and 6-hour APC coverage, ensuring continuous care and support for patients. Bed Capacity: The emergency department comprises 12 beds, providing ample space to accommodate patient needs and ensure efficient workflow. Full-Time Schedule: Full-time employment entails 144 hours per month, equivalent to -hour shifts, providing flexibility and work-life balance. Shift Preference: Preference is given to physicians willing to work 12-hour shifts, offering a schedule that accommodates individual preferences.
