Job Summary: Assitant managers should posses leadership skills such as communicating respectfully and effectively with guest and crew members, motivating crew members, and completeing all duties of the required job. You will manage your shift to achieve the highest performance possible while maintaining a respectful family environment. Reports to the general manager and works together with them to: Execute all p&l budgets such as food cost and labor Maintain the restaurant to the cleanliness standards expected Hire, onboard and train crew members Food ordering and scheduling Any other duties required to complete the job Qualifications: Reliable transportation, 1 year of management experience
