Key Impact Areas · Protect the Guest Experience : Keep our spaces safe, functional, and inviting — from HVAC to lighting, plumbing to pool. · Own Preventative Care : Lead daily inspections, monitor building systems, and tackle issues before they become problems. · Drive Operational Uptime : Respond swiftly to repair needs and minimize downtime across guest rooms and public areas. · Champion Standards & Safety : Stay ahead of compliance codes, brand standards, and environmental regulations. · Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with Housekeeping and Front Office to ensure seamless operations. The Ideal Candidate A natural problem solver with a hands-on mindset and a guest-first attitude. You’re proactive, reliable, and take pride in your work. · Technical expertise in basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs · Strong communication skills — able to prioritize and coordinate effectively · Experience in hospitality or facilities maintenance preferred · Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership · Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and brand excellence A Day in the Life Every shift brings something new — one moment you’re checking boiler readings or pool chemistry, the next you’re replacing a door hinge or troubleshooting a thermostat.
