Ability to assess accuracy of statements and assurances in the representations and warranties from sellers in mergers and acquisitions transactions. Shall: Perform contractual and financial evaluations for companies involved in M&A deals in order to assess acceptable Representations and Warranties Insurance coverage. Provide transactional risk insurance. Review, evaluate and present analysis of due diligence procedures, operational risks and potential red flags of mergers and acquisitions deals.
