Location: Smithville, TN About the Role: We are seeking a skilled
and detail-oriented Spray Booth Painter to join our production
team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with wood
products and finishes, a strong eye for quality, and the ability to
maintain consistency across all painted and finished cabinetry. Key
Responsibilities: Prepare and finish cabinetry components using
spray equipment in a controlled booth environment. Mix, match, and
apply stains, sealers, and topcoats according to specifications.
Inspect finished pieces to ensure high-quality standards and color
accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the spray booth area,
including proper storage and disposal of materials. Assist with
touch-ups, sanding, and prepping parts for finishing as needed.
Follow production schedules and work closely with the finishing and
assembly teams to meet deadlines. Qualifications: 1 year of
experience in spray booth painting or wood finishing preferred.
Knowledge of various paint systems, stains, and finishing
materials. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
in a fast-paced environment. Must follow all safety and
environmental procedures. Schedule & Pay: Full-time, Monday–Friday
