Furniture Production Opportunities

We're seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Associate to join our team at Ashley Furniture. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate or assist in operating machines and various hand tools in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Accurately record production information, including scanning, computer, or manual recording.
• Inspect parts for defects, repair if possible, and inform appropriate personnel of non-conforming parts.
• Prioritize safety for yourself and your co-workers, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  Requirements:
  
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend basic communications.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to basic computer and scanning systems.
  • Physical ability to move about on foot for the duration of your shift, with occasional bending, twisting, and lifting.
  • Basic counting and math skills.
