As an integral part of our sales team, you will play a key role in delivering top-notch service and support to our customers, helping them find the right solutions to meet their needs. What You'll Do: Develop accurate and timely quotes, manage sales orders, and configure products to meet customer specifications. Offer technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and application analysis. Collaborate with product engineering teams to provide feedback for product improvements and prototype testing. Ensure prompt response to customer inquiries, resolving minor issues within 4 hours and major issues within 48 hours. Utilize customer feedback to enhance product designs and support cost reduction initiatives. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering-related field or equivalent experience. 1-5 years of experience in manufacturing consumer goods or inside sales in a similar field. 5+ years of experience in industrial equipment repair and troubleshooting. Proficiency in knowledge of hydraulic and electric operational systems. Strong customer relationship management skills and business acumen. Skills That Impress Us: Expertise in sales order review, quoting, and order entry. Ability to configure products and perform discount analysis.
